CAP Beauty is Setting the Standard for Natural Cosmetics
Walking into the CAP Beauty’s location in the West Village, you’re greeted with a sight distinctly apart from the grey and brown surroundings. Duck into the unassuming door past the flag outside labeled with the brand’s logo, and you’re transported into a millennial pink beauty den, with natural skincare and beauty products to cure or address any issue you can think of lining the walls. Because the space is so engaging, the employees look and act more like clients than they do staff, milling…

What is one thing you always have with you?

Lindsay Lohan Is Returning With a New TV Show
After a tumultuous journey in the public eye and her following respite from said public, Lindsay Lohan is making her grand return to the acting world—specifically, the world of television, a mostly unexplored territory for the actress. Lohan has joined the cast of British comedy Sick Note for its second season, starring alongside famed Harry Potter star (and fellow redhead) Rupert Grint and comedian Nick Frost.

It’s Time to Stop Freaking Out About Art That Portrays Donald Trump
The New York Public Theater’s latest production of Julius Caesar had its opening night yesterday at Central Park’s Delacorte Theater. A part of the company’s annual Shakespeare in the Park program, the play began previews on May 23 and was already starting to raise eyebrows because of the way that it was staged: by portraying an administration eerily similar to the current government administration, with the infamous Roman dictator portrayed as a certain blond man with a bad coif and a…
California Might Become the First State to Recognize Non-Binary Gender
The California Senate has passed a bill entitled the California Gender Recognition Act, which would make non-binary a legal option for gender on government forms, among other actions. Should the bill be signed into law, California would become the first state to officially recognize non-binary as a legal gender, giving those who don’t identify with strictly male or female a viable option for their official documents.

Yes, this even included things like watching her sleep and brush her teeth.

Every blog is extolling the virtues of regular matcha drinking, and with astounding health benefits such as mood enhancement, richness in fiber, general detoxification and metabolism boosting, it’s easy to see why the drink, which is also rich in antioxidants, is so popular.
Selena Gomez to Release Short Film for “Bad Liar”
Selena Gomez took to Instagram yesterday to tease a new short film for her latest single, “Bad Liar.” The singer shared three movie-style posters with a simple caption, “Wednesday.” The film was written and directed by Jesse Peretz (Our Idiot Brother, Girls, Nurse Jackie) and will therefore most certainly be longer than the average video. It remains to be seen whether the visuals will be more in line with the song’s upbeat mood versus its dramatic artwork, which featured a tear-struck Gomez…
